Stools with Weights
Instructions / Notes:
- Start rotating with dumbbells close to your body, or else be careful
to begin with a slow spin.
- You will rotate at different speeds depending on how far you stretch out your arms.
- Dumbbells weigh about 8 lbs. (3 kg) each.
