Illusory Red! The "red" visible on the card is actually (look closely) a grating of black and white stripes!
The sizes of the two rings are unstable. If you concentrate on them they appear to expand and contract.
The inset disk appears to be at a different distance from the eye than the background, and exhibits unstable oscillations in front of the background.
