A very interesting illusion. Center the image on your screen and then move your head back and forth, toward and away from the screen. Notice how the black halo around the apparently glowing area expands and contracts, very remarkably, while the rest of the image remains unchanged. Clicking on the image will take you to a website with many interesting variations of this "breathing glow" illusion.
A variation on an illusion we have seen before. Center the grid on your screen and concentrate and be astonished at the many flickering black dots that appear and disappear everywhere on the grid.
