- "Silicide Alloys: theoretical design of low barrier contact for ultra-scaled CMOS"
Objective: To guide the experimental development of new silicide
alloys for source/drain contacts in ultra-scaled CMOS and infrared
detectors by providing fundamental understanding of the structure
property relations between the crystal structure, chemical
composition and atomic structure of the silicide/Si interface on one hand and the
Schottky barrier to Si on the other hand.
- Theoretical investigation of diluted magnetic semiconductors using
ab-initio techniques.
