Along the top left of the terminal window is a menu bar with five main menus available: the File, Edit, View, Tools, and Help menus.
The File menu allows you to connect and disconnect ssh sessions, save or edit ssh connection (preference) files, record and playback key sequences, and print the screen contents. And last, you can close (exit) the terminal window.
Copies the currently selected text to the clipboard. Use the mouse to select text for copying to the clipboard. The left mouse button is used to initiate a selection. If the mouse button is held down, and dragged, then characters (and lines) are selected individually.
Once the text is selected, use the Copy menu entry to copy the selected text into the clipboard. The text may then be pasted back into the terminal window.
Pastes the current selection from the clipboard into the terminal at the current cursor position.
Allows you to edit the current connection settings (preferences).
This menu item allows you to manipulate the login view.
This will clear the screen view, leaving it blank. It clears not only the visible window, but also the scroll back buffer.
This will refresh the current display window.
