Menus

Along the top left of the terminal window is a menu bar with five main menus available: the File, Edit, View, Tools, and Help menus.

Menubar - File menu

The File menu allows you to connect and disconnect ssh sessions, save or edit ssh connection (preference) files, record and playback key sequences, and print the screen contents. And last, you can close (exit) the terminal window.

Menubar - Edit menu

Copy

Copies the currently selected text to the clipboard. Use the mouse to select text for copying to the clipboard. The left mouse button is used to initiate a selection. If the mouse button is held down, and dragged, then characters (and lines) are selected individually.

Once the text is selected, use the Copy menu entry to copy the selected text into the clipboard. The text may then be pasted back into the terminal window.

Paste

Pastes the current selection from the clipboard into the terminal at the current cursor position.

Connection Settings

Allows you to edit the current connection settings (preferences).

Menubar - View menu

This menu item allows you to manipulate the login view.

Clear

This will clear the screen view, leaving it blank. It clears not only the visible window, but also the scroll back buffer.

Refresh

This will refresh the current display window.

Menubar - Tools menu

This menu item allows you to use some additional tools to generate keys, use sftp connections, or set the "theme" (look and feel) of the window.

Menubar - Help menu

This menu item allows you to see some brief information about the java applet and the authors. It doesn't provide any actual help text for using the applet.
