Instructions

You can make a member page from a template or simply link your homepage.
To link your homepage, please send e-mail with your homepage address to
macdgrp@physics.utexas.edu

To make your member page, please do the followings.
1.Download the template of member page.
(Or simply copy one of our member page.)
2.Save it to your public_html directory in physics account with your picture.
For example, /u7/user/public_html/username.html
3.Modify it following instructions in the html file.
4.Change permission of your picture if necessary.
For example, chmod ugo+r username.jpg
5.Send the location (not file) of your member file to macdgrp@physics.utexas.edu
For example, send web address such as http://www.ph.utexas.edu/~user/username.html
6.Your member file will be linked to our members page and you can update your profile anytime you want.
