Instructions / Notes:
- Stand against the cardboard boxes - which are placed on a ladder, as shown above.
- Bring the bowling ball up almost to your nose and release it WITH NO INITIAL
VELOCITY.
- STAND VERY STILL until the ball swings back. - DO NOT LEAN FORWARD. -
