Instructions / Notes:

• A latex balloon is placed in a styrofoam tray.
  
• When LN2 is added to the tray the volume of the balloon decreases.
  
• The liquid that condenses in the balloon is oxygen.
  
• Demo Staff: This demo needs a full dewar of liquid nitrogen.
